The aim of this project is to bring a piece of the Turkish culinary delights to Asia to create new links: to share traditions, heritage, culture and ideas, and create a valuable experience between Turkey and Asia.
A 3 weeks experience all over the region which will bring together a culinary experience and a photographic journey. The public will enjoy the discovery of the Turkish culture and the gastronomy of Gaziantep throughout the stories and photographs of Coskun Aral, while a Turkish Chef will bring its savoir faire to give a taste of Turkey to the public.
Our aim is then to explore Turkey through the culinary delights and unique cultural heritage of Gaziantep and its region.
